Announcement bar section
Show rotating announcement messages above the Zalify Theme header — one rich-text message per block, with an adjustable rotation speed.
The announcement bar sits above the header and rotates through short messages — free-shipping thresholds, launch notices, promo codes. With a single message block, nothing rotates; the message just stays put.

Each message is a block, so you can add, reorder, and remove them like any other block list. Rich text means links are allowed — link a message to the collection or page it promotes.
Use a darker color scheme here than the header's for contrast — schemes are defined in Theme settings → Colors.
