Zalify offers four plans: Free, Starter, Growth and Scale. The Free plan gives you unlimited event tracking with a 30-day visible data window. Every paid plan includes the full feature set — emails, multi-channel attribution, conversion tracking, and translation — and differs in the monthly USD usage allowance and the number of workspace seats included (1 on Starter, 3 on Growth, 10 on Scale). The Free plan includes unlimited event tracking across all your pixels with server-side CAPI, plus analytics and smart reports for your most recent 30 days of data — free forever, no card required. Your full history is still collected and retained; upgrading to any paid plan unlocks it along with usage-billed features like emails, attribution, translation, and AI.
Usage is billed directly in USD — for example $2.00 per 1,000 emails sent and $0.05 per attributed conversion — so there's no credit math. Pay-as-you-go parity is $1 buys $1 of usage; plans give you a better effective rate, up to about 17% below pay-as-you-go on the Scale plan.
You can top up your balance at any time without changing your plan. You always get at least a dollar of balance per dollar paid, larger packs earn bonus balance (up to +20%), and top-up balance never expires — it stacks on top of your monthly allowance and rolls over month to month.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your Zalify subscription at any time. However, please note that if you downgrade your plan before your billing period ends, you will not be refunded the difference.
