Zalify offers four plans: Free, Starter, Growth and Scale. The Free plan gives you unlimited event tracking with a 30-day visible data window. Every paid plan includes the full feature set — emails, multi-channel attribution, conversion tracking, and translation — and differs in the monthly credit allowance and the number of workspace seats included (1 on Starter, 3 on Growth, 10 on Scale). The Free plan includes unlimited event tracking across all your pixels with server-side CAPI, plus analytics and smart reports for your most recent 30 days of data — free forever, no card required. Your full history is still collected and retained; upgrading to any paid plan unlocks it along with credit-powered features like emails, attribution, translation, and AI.
The standard pay-as-you-go rate is 500 credits for $1 ($0.002 per credit). Plans give you a lower effective rate — the higher the tier, the more credits you get per dollar, up to about 20% below standard on the Scale plan.
You can buy top-up credits at any time without changing your plan. Top-ups are priced from the same 500-credits-per-dollar standard rate, larger packs earn bonus credits (up to +20%), and top-up credits never expire — they stack on top of your monthly allowance and roll over month to month.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your Zalify subscription at any time. However, please note that if you downgrade your plan before your billing period ends, you will not be refunded the difference.
