Integrations overview
Find, connect, and manage every service you can link to your Zalify workspace from the Settings → Integrations page.
Integrations live on the Settings → Integrations page. It lists every service you can connect to your workspace, shows which ones are already connected, and is where you connect, manage, or disconnect each one.
What you'll find on the page
Each integration appears as a card with its connection status. From the card you can:
- Connect — start the setup flow for that service. Most integrations authenticate through the provider (for example, approving access in the other platform), so have a login for that service ready.
- Manage — view or change the settings of a connected integration.
- Disconnect — stop the integration. Data already synced stays in your workspace; new data simply stops flowing.
Available integrations
| Integration | What it does | Where to learn more |
|---|---|---|
| Shopify | Syncs orders and products, creates contacts from customers, and installs the pixel via the app embed | Connecting Shopify |
| Meta | Connects your Meta account for advertising use cases |
Some capabilities that feel like integrations are set up elsewhere:
- The Zalify pixel goes on your website rather than connecting a third-party account — see Installing the Zalify pixel. On Shopify it installs automatically through the app embed.
- Sender domains for email are verified under deliverability settings — see Verifying your sender domain.
- API keys and webhooks for custom, developer-built connections live on the Developer page — see Developer settings and API access.
Connecting an integration
The exact steps vary by provider, but the shape is the same:
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Find the integration and click its connect action.
- Authenticate with the provider and approve the requested access.
- Complete any integration-specific configuration Zalify asks for.
Once connected, the card shows the integration as active. If a connection later breaks — for example, because access was revoked on the provider's side — reconnect it from the same card.
Who can manage integrations
Connecting and disconnecting integrations affects the whole workspace, so it's typically restricted to higher-permission roles. See Inviting team members and roles.
Don't see the integration you need?
If a service you use isn't listed:
- Check whether the Zalify pixel already covers your use case — it powers analytics, popups, and on-site automation triggers without a per-service integration.
- Developers can build a custom connection using the API — see Developer settings and API access.
- Tell us what you're missing at support@zalify.com; integration requests help us prioritize what to build next.
