Asset storage
How much asset storage each plan includes, where to see what's left, and what to do when it's full.
Files you upload and the images, videos and voice-overs you generate are kept in your Assets library, and they count toward your workspace's asset storage.
Storage by plan
| Plan | Asset storage |
|---|---|
| Free | 250 MB |
| Starter | 5 GB |
| Growth | 25 GB |
| Scale | 100 GB |
Storage belongs to the workspace and is shared by everyone in it. For plan prices and everything else included, see Pricing.
See what's left
- In Canvas: the ring on the balance button in the top bar shows how much storage is used. It says Almost full at 90% and Storage full when less than 5 MB is left. Open the menu to see what's left under Asset storage, and to manage assets or upgrade.
- In the Canvas assets panel: the bottom of the panel shows your storage, with a link to Manage in the library.
- On the Assets library page: shows how much storage is used and what's left.
When storage is full
- Uploads don't go through: "Storage is used up, so this file wasn't uploaded." Free up space, then drop the file again.
- Renders are checked before they're submitted. Without room, the render is stopped and the card says Asset storage is full — nothing was generated and you weren't charged.
So a full storage never costs you anything, but new uploads and renders wait until you free up space or upgrade.
Free up space
Choose Free up space in the balance menu or on a storage-full card, or open Creatives → Assets.
Delete the assets you no longer need — videos take the most space.
Go back to Canvas and retry the render on the same card.
Before deleting an asset, make sure no live email, popup or website content uses it. Deleting a canvas board does not free space — what it generated lives in the Assets library.
Upgrade
For more room, choose Upgrade plan in the balance menu or on a storage-full card, compare plans and upgrade. The new limit applies straight away.
