Marketing
Talent Manager
Los Angeles or Remote
Grow Zalify's influencer network on behalf of the brands we partner with. Source creators, build long-term relationships, and run the early UGC test loops that fuel our paid-ads engine.
Note on the title: "Talent Manager" is sometimes used to mean managing a creator's deals. At Zalify it's the opposite side of the table — you work for the brand, sourcing and coordinating with creators to deliver UGC and partnerships for our clients.
What you'll do
Source and outreach to influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — building a network that fits each client brand.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and rates. Own the deal flow from first DM to signed brief.
Coordinate UGC test rounds: brief creators, collect cuts, and hand the winners to the paid-ads team to scale.
Track creator performance and feed data back into the network — double down on what's working.
We're looking for
Must-have
AI-fluent. Using AI every day is a must — for sourcing, drafting outreach, summarizing calls, building briefs, anything. Show us how you use AI in your application email.
Experience working with influencers, talent, or creator marketing (agency, brand, or platform side). We care about taste and judgment, not years.
Comfortable on DMs and calls all day. Strong written communication.
An existing creator network is a plus — not a requirement.
Based in Los Angeles preferred; remote considered for the right person.
