Set Up Reddit Pixel
Copy your Reddit Pixel ID from Reddit Ads and paste it into Zalify to track conversions on your Shopify store — no code required.
The Reddit Pixel measures the actions shoppers take on your store and sends them to Reddit for conversion reporting, optimization, and retargeting. With Zalify you only need one value — your Reddit Pixel ID — and Zalify fires the standard ecommerce events for you. You do not need to paste any Reddit code into your Shopify theme.
Prerequisites
- A Reddit Ads account with the Reddit Pixel set up.
- Zalify installed on your Shopify store with Zalify Pixels enabled (app embed).
Step 1: Get your Reddit Pixel ID
- In Reddit Ads Manager, open Events Manager (under the main menu).
- Select the Conversion / Pixel source for your advertiser account.
- Copy the Pixel ID — it looks like
t2_xxxxxxxx. This is your Reddit Pixel ID.
Step 2: Enter your Pixel ID in Zalify
- Open the Zalify Dashboard → Pixels → Reddit Pixel.
- Click Add Pixel.
- Title — a friendly name (e.g.
Reddit). - Reddit Pixel ID — paste the ID from Step 1.
- Turn Enabled on, then click Save.
Zalify automatically tracks the standard ecommerce events — page view, view content, add to cart, begin checkout, and purchase.
Verify and troubleshoot
- Install the Reddit Pixel Helper Chrome extension and browse your storefront to confirm the pixel loads and events fire.
- Check Events Manager in Reddit (data can be delayed).
- If another app or theme also loads a Reddit Pixel, you may get duplicate counting — prefer a single implementation.
