Understand Zalify’s modules
Learn how Websites, Pixel, Creative Design, Analytics, and Reach work independently and together.
Zalify's modules cover distinct jobs: building websites, collecting events, creating content, measuring performance, and engaging customers. Use the module that fits your task, then connect other modules when useful.
Five product modules
| Module | Purpose | Start here |
|---|---|---|
| Websites | Manage websites, themes, page sections, and storefront styling | Websites guides |
| Pixel | Install tracking, connect ad platforms, and configure events and triggers | Pixel guides |
| Creative Design | Create images, videos, and designs with Canvas and AI; manage assets and brand kits | Creative Design guides |
| Analytics | Review visits, products, searches, and revenue attribution | Analytics guides |
| Reach | Manage customers, email, flows, forms, and submissions | Reach guides |
Concepts within each module
Websites: sections, blocks, and settings
Sections and blocks organize page content. Theme settings control colors, typography, and overall appearance. Editing and publishing differ between hosted websites and Shopify themes. See How the theme composes.
Pixel: events and triggers
An event records something that happened, such as a page view or add-to-cart. A trigger defines when to run a configured behavior, such as forwarding a conversion or displaying a popup. Tracking and preview require the pixel to run on the website.
Creative Design: Canvas, Assets, and Brand Kit
Canvas is where you create and edit. Assets stores reusable content, and Brand Kit provides brand references. Creating images and videos does not require setting up an email audience.
Analytics: sessions, reports, and attribution
The Analytics overview shows changes in performance. Attribution helps explain how channels contribute to conversions. Reports depend on connected events and orders; they cannot substitute for missing data.
Reach: audience, messaging, and capture
A list has explicitly managed members. A segment selects people using rules. A broadcast sends a one-off message, while a flow runs steps after a trigger, with each action defining a specific operation.
A form collects information, and a submission records each response. Contacts, list membership, and marketing consent are separate concepts that need appropriate configuration.
How modules work together
- Launch a product: create product imagery in Creative Design, use it on your website, record visits and conversions with Pixel, and review results in Analytics.
- Run advertising: prepare creative, configure ad pixels and conversion events, and use attribution reports to evaluate channel results.
- Engage subscribers: design a form in Canvas, control its display with Pixel, then organize the audience and send welcome email in Reach.
These workflows combine modules around a task; there is no required sequence for using the entire platform. See Getting started to choose your path.
