See how fast your site is for real visitors
The new Performance page shows your Core Web Vitals from Chrome's report and, on sites with the Zalify Pixel, measured across every browser, with the slowest pages listed first.
A slow page costs you visitors before they see a single product. Zalify now shows how fast and stable your site is for the people who actually visit it. Open Websites in the sidebar and choose Performance under Data.
Core Web Vitals, rated the way Google rates them
Performance reports the three Core Web Vitals Google uses to judge page experience, plus two metrics that explain them:
- Loading (LCP): how long until the main content shows.
- Responsiveness (INP): how quickly the page reacts to taps and typing.
- Visual stability (CLS): how much content jumps around while loading.
- First content (FCP) and Server response (TTFB), which help explain a slow load.
Each one is rated Good, Needs improvement or Poor against Google's thresholds, so you can see at a glance where to focus.
Two sources, side by side
Chrome report (CrUX) is Google's own data from Chrome users over the last 28 days, split by phone and desktop, with a weekly trend. It works for any public site with enough traffic, so you can check a competitor's store or a single landing page too.
Zalify measured comes from the Zalify Pixel, on every visit and in every browser, not only Chrome. You pick the dates, filter by site and device, and get:
- a daily trend, so you can see whether last Tuesday's theme update made things better or worse;
- the slowest pages among your most-visited ones, which tell you where to start;
- a comparison by device.
If the Zalify Pixel runs on your site, there's nothing to set up: it started measuring on October 8. It sends one small report per page view, when the visitor leaves the page, so the measurement doesn't slow the page down.
Also new in Websites
- Your site's data lives in one place. Overview, Top Products, Site Search and Performance now sit together under Websites → Data. Top Search is now called Site Search.
- Visitor counts leave out bots. Crawlers and automated browsers no longer count as visitors, so your traffic and conversion rates reflect real people. Purchases are always counted.
Availability
Performance is available on every plan. On the free plan, Zalify measured covers the last 30 days; paid plans can look back 90 days.
On Shopify, Zalify measured needs the Zalify Pixel app embed turned on in your theme. The Performance guide walks through the page, the metrics and the setup.
