Use Zalify from Claude

Your Zalify workspaces now have an MCP server. Connect Claude, in the browser, the desktop app or Claude Code, and ask about your store in plain language. Claude reads from Zalify and can prepare email drafts for you. You stay in control: sending happens in Zalify.

Ask about your store where you already work

Once Zalify is connected, Claude can look things up across Reach and Ana for you, then combine the answers:

• "Which channels drove the most attributed revenue last week?"
• "Show me the visits behind yesterday's largest order."
• "How is the welcome series doing over the last 30 days? Which step loses the most people?"
• "Find the customers tagged VIP and summarize their recent activity."
• "Copy last month's newsletter into a new draft for the VIP segment and suggest a subject line."

Behind each answer are the same operations the Zalify app uses: customers and lists, broadcasts, email automations and their statistics, attributed revenue, orders and conversion paths, and visit sessions.

Connect in a minute

In Claude, add a custom connector with the URL below. Claude opens the Zalify sign-in, where you choose the workspaces it may use and select Allow.

In Claude Code, add the server, then run /mcp and choose Authenticate:

Other apps that support remote MCP servers with sign-in connect the same way. The connection guide has the steps for each.

You decide what it can reach

• Your workspaces, your choice. When you connect, you pick which workspaces the app may use. It acts as you, so it never sees more than you can.
• Reads and drafts only. A connected app can read data and prepare drafts, such as a copied broadcast with a new subject or audience. It can't send email, submit a broadcast or spend ad budget. Those stay in Zalify.
• On the record. Zalify keeps a record of every action a connected app takes.
• Disconnect at any time. Connected apps, behind the MCP button in the top bar, lists everything you've connected. One click on Disconnect cuts an app off immediately.

Availability

Connecting AI apps is available on Starter and above, in every workspace. Select MCP in the top bar of the Zalify app to copy the server URL, or start from the connection guide.
