A new look — and a new brain
We spent the past ten months rebuilding Zalify from the ground up: Ana now handles 10× the data at lower cost, Reach computes segments instantly, Z1 puts everything you design on one canvas, and AI runs through the core of all of it.
If you've been to zalify.com lately, you've seen the new look. This post is about everything you can't see: the ten months we spent rebuilding what's underneath it.
We didn't set out to redesign a website. We set out to rebuild the platform — the data pipeline, the audience engine, the design tools, and the way AI fits into all of it. The new site is just the visible edge of that work. Here's what actually changed.
Ana, rebuilt for 10× the data
Zalify Ana is where every visit, click, and order lands. The old pipeline served us well for years, but it was built for a smaller world: as stores on Zalify grew, peak-season traffic pushed it to its limits, and scaling it up meant scaling costs up with it.
So we rebuilt it. The new pipeline handles 10× the event volume of the old one — at a lower cost per event, not a higher one. That matters beyond the engineering bragging rights: it means we don't have to sample your data, cap your events, or price analytics by traffic tier. Every visitor, every session, every order — captured and queryable.
Accuracy got the same treatment. The new on-site capture is the most accurate we've ever shipped: first-party collection that holds up against ad blockers and browser privacy changes, identity stitching that follows a visitor across sessions and devices, and deduplication that keeps a single order from ever counting twice. When Ana tells you a campaign drove revenue, that number is built to be trusted.

Reach, rebuilt for the moment
Zalify Reach is how you act on that data — lists, segments, broadcasts, and flows. The old engine computed segments in batches. Batch was fine for a weekly newsletter; it was useless for "someone just abandoned a cart worth $300."
The new engine computes segments instantly. Add a condition and the audience updates as you type. A visitor who qualifies for a segment enters it the moment they qualify — and the flows watching that segment fire the same moment. Audience journeys now read as one timeline per person: what they saw, what they were sent, what they did next.
Delivery got rebuilt alongside it. Smarter sending infrastructure, domain warm-up, and list hygiene baked in — so the emails you send actually land in inboxes. Delivery rates across stores on the new engine are the best we've measured.

Z1: one canvas for everything you make
Marketing teams design the same brand in five different tools: one for emails, one for popups, one for ad creatives, one for landing pages. Every tool has its own idea of your fonts, your colors, your layouts.
Z1's canvas collapses that. It's one design surface — the same editor, the same brand kit, the same blocks — whether you're building an email, a popup, or an ad creative. Design a promo once and carry it across every channel without rebuilding it from scratch. Landing pages are on the way, and more surfaces will land on the same canvas after that.

AI in the core, not on the side
We didn't add an AI feature. We rebuilt the platform so AI could sit in the middle of it — with the same access to your data and tools that you have.
That shows up in two ways today. AI chat works across the whole platform: ask why revenue dipped last week, have it build the segment you just described in plain language, or draft the email that goes to that segment. It answers from your actual data, because it runs on the same rebuilt pipeline everything else does.
Ads Autopilot takes the daily grind of campaign operations — budget shifts, creative rotation, audience syncing — and runs it continuously against the performance data in Ana, within guardrails you set. You define the strategy and the limits; it handles the hundred small adjustments a week that nobody has time to make by hand.
The goal of both is the same: the routine parts of daily marketing operations shouldn't need a human in the loop, and the judgment calls should come with the evidence already assembled.

What's next
The rebuild was never the destination — it's the foundation. With Ana handling 10× the data, Reach acting in real time, Z1 designing for every channel, and AI wired through the core, the next stretch of shipping gets a lot faster. Landing pages in Z1, deeper AI agents, and more are already in motion.
If you're already on Zalify, all of this is live in your dashboard — nothing to migrate, nothing to reconfigure. If you're not, this is a good week to look.
