One balance for everything you do in Zalify

Updated September 2026: the unified balance is now billed in US dollars — no credits, no conversion. Every line in your usage history is the actual dollar amount it cost. The numbers below reflect current pricing; nothing changed in what you pay.

Every paid action in Zalify spends from a single usage balance — emails, attribution, translation, and AI generation. If you were already on a paid plan when we introduced this, your bill didn't change. What changed is how we count it.

Why we made the switch

The old model gave you three separate buckets: email quota, translation quota, and an order-tracked allowance. It worked when most stores used us for one thing. It stopped working as soon as a store leaned harder on one feature than another.

A merchant running heavy email but light attribution burned through their email pack while their order allowance went untouched. A merchant using us only for attribution paid for emails they'd never send. Every plan was the wrong shape for someone.

One balance fixes that. One pool. Plain dollar prices. You spend it on whatever you actually use — and not a dollar leaks into a bucket you'll never open.

There's also a forward-looking reason: AI runs on the same balance as everything else, so you don't have to learn a new pricing page or top up a new bucket when a new capability ships.

How usage is priced

Every action has a fixed dollar price:

We briefly tried expressing these as credits. Merchants told us they'd rather see the real dollar cost line by line — so that's what you get. Per-model image and video rates live on the AI model pricing pages.

The plans

Three plans, all unlocking every Zalify feature. The only difference is your monthly usage allowance.

Higher tiers include a larger allowance per subscription dollar — see the next section. There's also a free tier with a small allowance to try things out.

Plan allowance vs. purchased balance

Your balance has two pools, and the rules are simple.

Plan allowance is included with your monthly subscription. It resets every billing cycle. Unused allowance does not roll over — it's a monthly allowance, not savings.

Purchased balance is what you buy in a pack. Purchased balance never expires. If you add $100 today and don't use it for a year, it's still there.

When you spend, the plan allowance is always spent first. That way your monthly allowance doesn't go to waste, and your paid-for balance sits untouched until you actually need it.

Better rates at higher volume

There are two ways to get more usage per dollar.

Pick a higher monthly plan. A plan with a bigger allowance doesn't cost proportionally more — Growth gives you 5× the allowance of Starter at roughly 3.4× the price, and Scale improves the ratio again. If you're consistently topping up on Starter, the next plan up is usually cheaper than the top-ups would have been.

Buy a larger top-up pack. Manual top-up starts at $100 for $100 of balance. The $500 pack grants $525, including a 5% bonus; the $2,000 pack grants $2,200, including a 10% bonus.

The pattern is the same in both cases: more committed volume = more usage per dollar. If you know your monthly usage, the cheapest path is usually a plan that mostly covers it, plus a single larger top-up to absorb the spillover.

Auto top-up: never get cut off mid-send

If you run out of plan allowance in the middle of a billing cycle, we don't block your work. The next charge auto-tops-up your account: $20, charged through your workspace's billing provider, adding $20 to your balance. If you'd prefer bonus balance at a higher volume, buy a larger pack manually and auto top-up will stay quiet.

Auto top-up only fires when there's no balance left to cover the action. If you've bought a pack, that gets spent before any auto charge happens.

You can cap how much we're allowed to auto-charge per cycle in your billing settings. Hit the cap and we'll pause the auto top-up and prompt you to buy a pack instead — no surprise overages.

What this means for you

• Already on a paid plan? Nothing to do. Your allowance and any purchased balance carry over at the same dollar value.
• Picking a plan now? Choose by monthly volume, not by feature. All plans unlock every feature; the only difference is the monthly allowance.
• Heavy on one feature? The balance doesn't care. Run attribution-only or email-only and you'll never pay for a quota you don't touch.

FAQ

What happens to my purchased balance if I cancel or downgrade?

Purchased balance stays on your account. It never expires and isn't tied to your subscription tier — if you re-subscribe later, it's still there.

Where do I see usage broken down by feature?

Your billing settings show every deduction with its type — emails, attribution, translation, AI — and the dollar amount charged, with a filter by type.

Can I try Zalify before paying?

Yes — the Free plan is free forever and needs no credit card. It covers unlimited event tracking, every ad-platform pixel, server-side tracking, and the last 30 days of your data. Paid plans bill from day one, and you can change or cancel anytime.

Can I get a refund?

We don't offer refunds on plans or top-up packs — use the Free plan to test Zalify, then pick the tier you want to commit to. The one exception is abnormal spending caused by something on our side (a billing bug, runaway automation, a duplicate charge). If you see something that doesn't look right, email support@zalify.com and we'll make it right.

Does the auto top-up cap reset monthly?

Yes — the cap is per billing cycle and resets when the cycle does.

Translations, broadcasts, attribution, and AI all spend from the same pool — one balance, one bill, in dollars.
