Common Issues & Solutions
Quick fixes for the most frequently encountered issues with Zalify.
Pixels Not Firing
If your tracking pixels aren't recording events, check the following:
Verify pixel installation
- Go to Zalify Dashboard → Pixels
- Check that your pixel ID is entered correctly
- Make sure the pixel status shows Active
Check for conflicts
Other apps that inject tracking scripts may conflict with Zalify's pixel implementation. Common conflicts include:
- Multiple pixel apps installed simultaneously
- Theme-level pixel code that duplicates tracking
- Ad blockers in your browser preventing pixel fires during testing
Testing tip
Use your browser's developer tools (Network tab) to verify pixel requests are being sent. Filter by the pixel provider's domain (e.g., facebook.com/tr for Meta Pixel).
Products Not Syncing
If your product catalog isn't appearing in Zalify:
- Confirm your Shopify store connection is active in Settings → Connections
- Check that products are published to your Online Store sales channel
- Try clicking Resync in the Zalify dashboard
Important
Draft products and products not assigned to the Online Store channel won't sync to Zalify. Make sure your products are published before troubleshooting further.
Email Campaigns Not Sending
If scheduled emails aren't being delivered:
- Verify your sender domain is authenticated (check Emails → Settings → Domain)
- Ensure you have active subscribers in the target segment
- Check that the campaign status is Scheduled, not Draft
Slow Dashboard Loading
If the Zalify dashboard feels slow:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Check your internet connection
- If the issue persists, contact support — it may be a temporary server issue
